A look inside the h1b abuse

Veritis group inc based out at 1231 greenway drive , suite 1040 Irving Texas 75038 files fraudulent h1b petitions and also files fake h1 documents to get benefit of financial gain . Also they ask h1 and green card fees from their employees. They are also known to get h1b fees from their employees. They personally took labor certification / green card  fees from me which is illegal. They also prepare fake resume and fake visa copies to place opt  consultants at the client place. Please investigate all veritis group consultants placed with vendors like tek systems , Randstad and compare their visa copy and resume with the uscis database and you will find fraudulent resumes and visa copies. Please take appropriate action against them. Sudhakar peram is the CEO of the company who prepares fake resumes and fake visa copies.  Vice President Raslina nyachhyon is an equal perpetrator.  If you need any more information please  feel free to Contact me.   To summarize :

1. They file h1 petitions with fake documents 2. They prepare fake resumes and fake visa copies for opt  Guys and send them to their client place as a gc ead.  

GC EAD is a VISA given to some one who applies for a green card and its a temporary green card.

3. They file green card for their employees in a fraudulent way by demanding h1 and green card fees from their employees 4. They do Proxy calls for Interviews for opt graduates 5. They violate green card rules by fraudulently running ads in news paper and do fraudulent recruitment and not hire a US citizen for a job even though the US citizen is a qualified worker and prefer foreign national over the US citizen. 

6. They file h1b in-spite of a job offer not being present and in-spite of a qualified US citizen being available they ignore them and file h1b for a foreign national just for the benefit of financial gain.
