SCAM to steal jobs from US Citizens - VERITIS Group inc

Today I am going to explain about a BIG scam that goes on among IT Consultancies in USA. This scam is only carried out by medium and small sized companies like VERITIS GROUP INC and is NOT carried out by big companies like wipro, infosys , TCS etc. Almost 80% of IT jobs in America are occupied by people of Indian origin and the main reason is the IT consultancies who do a lot of fraud to keep away US citizens from getting these jobs and only favor people of foreign origins on a VISA for the job. one such it consultancy is Veritis group inc based out of irving Texas at 1231 green way drive , suite 1040 irving texas 75038. I worked at such a consultancy . so let me explain you how this fraud goes on: * these consultancies hire people of indian origin on OPT ( f1 visa) and they have no experience what so ever.  they train them on a particulatr technology and then preparea FAKE resume with 7-9 years of experience even though they have 0 experience * they also prepare a FAKE VISA copy. they fabricate their OPT visa as a GC ead or as a green card or even pretend to be a US Citizen in a certain scenario * then they apply to companies like TEK systems , Apex systems who have third party jobs at their client place  * then they hire a PROXY to do their interview ( both phone and skype ) for a  graduate and then send him to the job  * So what does veritis group get ? they get a cut of this person;s salary. eg - if he is payed 60$/ hr. veritis group makes 20$/hr from this guy  and they have several hundred people. imagine this at a large scale  * veritis group has been doing this for the past 14 years without getting caught. * you can even contact companies like TEK systems , Apex systems etc and ask them about this FRAUD and they wil twll you that this works * How does this affect US Citizens? well when a US Citizen aplies for this job. he doesnt standa chance against these proxies. thy are higly trained individuals who do this for a living and are much more qualified than the US citzens ( but the actual person who will go and work are not) * US citizens are left behind in this where they are unable to find a job and the are unable to compete and hence 90% of the IT jobs are held by people of foreign origin and people on h1b VISA * this scam has to be exposed to ICE and USCIS and has to be shown on mainstream media to get awareness * they are run green card schemes where they get a kickback for green cards and file green cards for individuals who they favor and they do FRAUD in that too.
